摘要: Abstract ADNP is a large protein, presenting key signature motifs for macromolecular interactions linked with cognition, emphasis on social impaired, example, in autism, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The connection to AD was recently reviewed. Here, I will mention attributed followed by description of the syndrome (within autism spectrum disorders—ASD), schizophrenia ADNP, finally updates AD. Importantly, when we cloned discovered an active eight-amino acid neuroprotective snippet that have named NAP (NAPVSIPQ), drug candidate name davunetide or CP201. Thus, be entwined CP201 (NAP) protection against deficiencies beyond.
