摘要: Metastatic tumors involving the vulva are rare, with only a few series and case reports published in English literature to date. In this study, we present clinicopathologic features of 66 cases metastatic seen at University Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center from 1944 2001. The patients' age ranged 18 84 years (mean 54.8 years). most common presentations were vulvar nodules or mass (39 cases), pain (7 ulceration (5 cases). 46.9% cases, primary tumor was gynecologic origin, whereas 43.9% nongynecologic origin. remainder had unknown primaries. site frequently involved by metastasis labium majus (44 cases: on right, 13 left, 6 bilateral, 7 unspecified side). Thirty percent patients received chemotherapy as treatment for metastasis, 27% radiotherapy, rest some combination chemotherapy, surgery. Of 60 available follow-up, 52 died disease within 1-81 months (median 7.5 months) diagnosis metastasis. rare; however, these is facilitated knowledge preexistent malignancy lack mucocutaneous intraepithelial lesion.
