摘要: Only 17 cases of breast carcinoma arising in vulvar ectopic mammary tissue have been reported. We present a unique case synchronous pure intraductal the (DCIS) and invasive vulva. A 53-year-old woman presented with 2-cm nodule left labium major surgical biopsy revealed an tissue. The mammography showed irregular microcalcifications right breast. patient underwent hemivulvectomy, bilateral inguinal sentinel lymph node biopsy, radioguided resection (radioguided occult lesion localization) microcalcifications. definitive histology negative nodes, no further residual tumor vulva, high-grade (grade 3) DCIS occurrence primary vulva is extremely rare finding, only once previously being reported leading to unsolved problems differential diagnosis. presence makes this really unique, definitively confirming independent origin both tumors. avoided dissection.
