摘要: Vulvar cancer is a rare malignancy; most tumors are squamous cell type while adenocarcinomas rare. Primary of the vulva predominantly include extramammary Paget's disease and sweat gland carcinomas. Greene first described form adenocarcinoma in 1936, which was called mammary-like glands because its morphologic immunohistochemical resemblance to breast adenocarcinomas. In management this entity, varying combinations surgery, radiation therapy, systemic chemotherapy and/or hormonal therapy may be used, as patients with orthotopic carcinoma. However, leads way positive receptors, where other therapies cannot used due comorbidities or advanced age. We present reported case an elderly patient metastatic vulvar arising from glands, successfully treated combination surgery therapy.
