Hidradenoma Papilliferum With Mixed Histopathologic Features of Syringocystadenoma Papilliferum and Anogenital Mammary-Like Glands: Report of a Case and Review of the Literature

摘要: Hidradenoma papilliferum of the anogenital region was previously believed to originate from apocrine glands but has recently been accepted as originating mammary-like glands. We describe a case hidradenoma with mixed features syringocystadenoma and left labia majora 25-year-old woman. Histopathologically, lesion showed an epithelial lining secretion, like papilliferum, extended epithelium invaginations into dermis. Adjacent this were ductal glandular structures resembling normal mammary tissue. This review literature highlights heterogeneity complexity lesions arising glands, serves further documentation association between papilliferum.
