Supernumerary Nipple Presenting as a Vulvar Mass in an Adolescent: Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: Abstract Background Ectopic breast tissues can be found along the embryonic mammary ridges and occur in vulva. While ectopic tissue is not uncommon, functional with overlying nipple located within vulva exceedingly rare. Case A 17-year-old undiagnosed hypothyroidism presents vulvar mass draining milky white fluid. small lesion appearance similar to a skin tag noted fluid expressed. Biopsy excision of this confirmed presence supernumerary nipple. Summary Conclusions This appears first reported case symptomatic lactation non-pregnant adolescent. Supernumerary should considered differential diagnosis mass. undergo malignant transformation, therefore generally recommended.
