摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect different packaging, environment and storage time on chemical quality crambe seeds. Crambe seeds, with a water content 4.63% (dry basis), were packed into high density polyethylene (HDPE), reused terephthalate (PET) bottles laminated packages, which stored in two environments: refrigerated air (RA) at 10 ± 1.19 °C 34.84 4.09% relative humidity (RH) natural (AN) 24.81 1.82 54.93 12.77 % RH. For nine months, oil crude protein content, acidity index, peroxide iodine level, pH, alcohol-soluble evaluated. Seeds packages AN showed higher after 3rd month, AR, there levels 6th months. In seeds HDPE packaging lower acidity. Crude decreased during storage, level pH increased varied. At end returned base line values. not affected by changes variables studied.
