摘要: AIM: To study at transcriptional level the similarities and differences of physiological biochemical activities between liver tumor (LT) regenerating cells. METHODS: LT-associated genes their expression changes in LT were obtained from databases scientific articles, profiles rat regeneration (LR) detected using Rat Genome 230 2.0 array. Subsequently LR compared analyzed. RESULTS: One hundred twenty one found to be LR-associated. Thirty four up-regulated, 14 down-regulated both liver; 20 up-regulated 21 16 some time points others during LR. CONCLUSION: Results suggested that apoptosis activity suppressed was still active liver, there are lots aspects cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, migration angiogenesis.
