摘要: Abstract PEG-citrate Aqueous Two-Phase Systems (ATPS) were used to recover and partially purify protease from Aspergillus tamarii URM4634 produced by Solid State Fermentation. Experiments performed according a 2 4 -full factorial design using PEG molar mass ( M ), concentration C citrate CIT ) pH as independent variables; purification factor PF partition coefficient K activity yield Y responses. Protease showed high in the PEG-rich phase, also shown exert positive effects on all The highest (3.95) was obtained =8000 g/mol, 24% (w/w) , 20% at 8.0.
