摘要: Schizo-obsessive disorder is characterized by the clinical syndrome in which comorbid obsessive–compulsive accompanies schizophrenia. A substantial number of studies have investigated neuropsychological and differences between schizophrenia schizo-obsessive disorder. However, neurostructural these two groups not been adequately investigated. The aim this study was to explore gray matter patients using voxel-based morphometry support vector machines combined with feature selection algorithm. Twenty-three 23 matched age, gender handedness were recruited. Clinical assessments completed addition high-resolution structural MRI scanning. Group contrast maps, significant regions subjected a machine hybrid model. In addition, voxel-of-interest values for commonly shared brain areas OCD reported previous meta-analyses also used as inputs step. results showed that had greater densities paracentral (including supplementary motor area) middle cingulate gyrus than patients. These together fronto-subcortical could successfully discriminate an accuracy 78.26 %. Our provide first neuroanatomical evidence may be distinct entities. Based on findings, considering subtype discernible.
