摘要: This paper presents the results of using a stylized optimization model global electricity supply system to analyze optimal research and development (RD formulation is straightforward expansion conventional one-factor learning curves, in which only cumulative experience included as factor, aggregates effects accumulated knowledge experience, among others. The responsiveness technological progress two factors quantified parameters, are estimated empirical data. Sensitivities parameters also tested. address effect competition between technologies CO2 constraints. mainly methodological; one most interesting that, at least up point, technologies—in terms both market share R&D support—need not lead “lock-in” or “crowding-out”.
