摘要: Travel time variability has recently become an important measure in transportation system management and begun to be treated as a major factor influencing travel decisions. The main purpose of this study is develop database help understand traffic point measures route-level by incorporating existing surveillance systems. This develops integrated geographic information for analysis Orange County, California, reports temporal spatial reliability. provide the framework at both section level route level. In many cases, data are used operations without being stored. archived can play role way measuring freeway performance. Such historic make it possible analyze such from long-term perspective. developed expected researchers practitioners reliability providing framework.
