Effect of Sender Buffer on Video Quality of Experience

摘要: In this thesis, the effect of buffer strategy on video quality has been investigated. For purpose, a software system was developed to implement at sender and receiver sides. Four experiments were performed under five scenarios designed each experiment. A subjective test MOS conducted for all collect people’s perception about three different videos. People from background age group invited take part in experiments. Three videos shown participant order investigate user perceived video. MATLAB MS Excel used data collection plotting graphs. We conclude that people have convergence opinions when communication break time increases than size buffers both ends. Finally, ratings prove by use same ends improves user’s acceptable level. Because empirical study, main focus implementation The design number which statistics behavior collected.
