摘要: In recent years, catheter ablation has increasingly been used for of idiopathic premature ventricular complexes (PVCs) or tachycardias (IVTs). However, the mapping and arrhythmias originating from vicinity tricuspid annulus (TA) may not be fully understood. This study aimed to investigate electrophysiologic characteristics effects radiofrequency (RFCA) patients with symptomatic PVCs IVTs TA. Characteristics body surface electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings were analyzed in 35 PVCs/ RFCA was performed using pace activation mapping. Among PVCs/IVTs arising TA, complete elimination could achieved by 32 (success rate 91.43%) during a median follow-up period 21 months. TA had distinctive ECG that useful identifying precise origin. An rS pattern recorded lead V1 93.1% free wall vs 16.7% septal whereas QS occurred 83.3% 6.9% The precordial R wave transition V3 earlier all portion as compared beyond is an effective curative therapy There are specific site located analysis.
