摘要: The second virial coefficient of 3He gas has been determined between 1.3 and 0.6 K from measurements pressure density on several isotherms. was derived the resonance a superconducting microwave cavity whose frequency dependent dielectric constant within it. also using resonant rf cavity, in this case flexing diaphragm being source dependence pressure. experimental techniques work well at low densities. appears behaved agreement with others higher temperatures.
