摘要: In the presence of ATP, bovine brain hsp70 has been shown to remove clathrin from clathrin-coated vesicles in a rapid stoichiometric initial burst followed by slow steady-state uncoating. addition, it found recently that 100-kDa cofactor is required for uncoat baskets prepared with assembly protein AP-2. this study ATPase activity associated uncoating was investigated, formed and proteins. Mixed proteins or AP-2 could not be used studies because they activated even absence clathrin. However, case AP180. A ATP hydrolysis accompany AP180-clathrin hsp70, 1 mol hydrolyzed ATP/mol released heavy chain. Furthermore, needed both processes. These results suggest an occurs all baskets, accompanies uncoating, both.
