摘要: Immediately after clathrin-coated pits pinch off from the cell membrane to form vesicles, clathrin dissociates vesicles. In vitro studies suggest that this dissociation is carried out by uncoating ATPase, a constitutive member of 70-kDa heat shock family. Aside requirement for ATP, nothing known about regulation process. We now show baskets prepared highly purified and AP2, assembly protein associated with plasma coated cannot be uncoated bovine brain ATPase alone. A 100-kDa cofactor, which was isolated essential ATPase. This cofactor restores normal when present at molar ratio 1 10
