摘要: A genotyping by sequencing (GbS) approach is reported in blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) using a de novo read assembly method developed because of the current absence reference genome sequence for this species. new to single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotype calling described, where individual genotypes large number SNPs were characterised from GbS counts novel based on functional regression major and minor allele counts. The high-quality combined with simple repeats generated other technologies develop linkage map increased marker density improved coverage, containing up 204 each group. lower quality then located quantitative trait locus (QTL) interval mapping proportion allele. Two QTL 100-berry weight Brix scores, measured over three years, identified map. use identify significant woody species hitherto limited genomic resources may have generic application under-resourced development cost-effective efficient high-density genetic maps.
