摘要: Macrophages are a predominant immune cell population that drive inflammatory responses and exhibit transitions in phenotype function during tissue remodeling disease repair. Thus, engineering an immunomodulatory biomaterial has significant implications for resolving inflammation. In this work, we engineered biomimetic photoresponsive hyaluronan (HA) hydrogel nanocomposite with tunable 3-D ECM adhesion sites dynamic macrophage immunomodulation. We exploited photo-degradative APP (alkoxylphenacyl-based polycarbonate) nanocomposites to permit user-controlled RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) adhesive peptide release conjugation HA-based extracellular matrix (ECM) real-time integrin activation of macrophages encapsulated HA-APP hydrogels. demonstrate photo-controlled ECM-RGD can activate αvβ3 macrophages, periodic enhance anti-inflammatory M2 polarization. Altogether, highlight emerging use biomimetic, photo-responsive, bioactive command cell-ECM interactions modulating polarization, which may shed light on innate immunity inspire new biomaterials-based therapies.
