摘要: Abstract p -type Na x Sn 1- Se bulks were prepared by combining high pressure synthesis and spark plasma sintering. The final samples characterized with XRD SEM, demonstrated strong structural anisotropy the b-c planes in grains preferentially orientated perpendicular to SPS compressing direction. High prompted doping process increased hole concentration up 3.08 × 10 19 cm −3 0.02 0.98 Se, leading significant electrical conductivity power factor. Meanwhile, thermal was substantially suppressed after doping. highest ZT of 0.87 achieved optimal at 798 K measured along direction compressing.
