摘要: BACKGROUND: Serology is a safe, simple and noninvasive means of determining the presence Helicobacter pylori. Reported sensitivity specificity, however, have varied tremendously, it not clear whether positive serology reflects previous infection (treated within past one to two years) or ongoing infection.
