摘要: The microhardness of single-crystal samples ZnSe: Cr2+ with a chromium concentration in the range from 3.3 × 1017 to 4.0 1019 cm−3 has been studied. as function load on indenter faces (111), (1\(\bar 1\)0), and (001) ZnSe measured. It established that doping zinc selenide leads decrease anisotropy mechanical properties stabilization cubic sphalerite structure.
