摘要: We have studied the effect of high-temperature diffusion doping with chromium (Cr2+) ions on microstructure polycrystalline zinc selenide (ZnSe). determined energy and kinetic characteristics solid-state recrystallization in ZnSe assessed concentration rate grain growth during process.
