摘要: A different approach to fabricate metallic nanostructures in an insulating organic matrix situ using thermal coevaporation is demonstrated. The method used metal-organic percolative nanocomposite capacitors. Thermal annealing of the films results a dramatic enhancement (>50 times at 10kHz) dielectric constant accompanied by significant lowering (approximately four times) conductivity and dissipation loss, especially low frequencies. improved performance attributed structural modifications resulting from enhanced phase segregation constituents, induced optimized temperatures.
