摘要: The long-term results of 25 patients treated nonopera tively with isolated posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injuries were evaluated. Mean followup was 6.2 years (range, 2.2 to 16 years). All evaluated both subjectively (questionnaire) and objectively (clinical examination, x-ray films, Cybex II dynamometer, KT-1000 Knee Arthrometer).At followup, 80% the satisfied their knees 84% had returned previous sport (68% at same level performance, 16% a decreased performance). torque quadriceps values for three velocities testing (45, 90, 180 deg/sec) in fully greater than 100% uninvolved quadricep; conversely, those not all less knee. amount knee instability as determined by Arthrometer re lated patient's return nor satis faction.
