An Expansion Method for Treating Singular Perturbation Problems

摘要: Cochran's method for treating singular perturbation problems is shown to give, in some cases, expansions which are not uniformly valid. This modified and extended give valid expansions. The new applied the problem of heat transfer a duct solution agreement with that obtained by WKBJ method.
