摘要: The effects of glucagon on the output amino acids by isolated rat liver perfused with recirculating medium were to decrease that glycine, glutamate, and phenylalanine; increase greatly leucine, isoleucine, valine, tyrosine; slightly lysine histidine. In livers nonrecirculating containing at concentrations found in plasma from normal rats, produced changes intracellular extracellular which suggested a stimulation (a) utilization alanine, (b) production valine; (c) inward transport and, other experiments, nonmetabolizable acids, α-aminoisobutyrate 1-aminocyclopentane carboxylic acid. acid caused resembled those diabetic animals.
