摘要: We describe nonradioactive in situ hybridization (ISH) approaches for localization of viral DNA and RNA sequences infected tissue. The use non-isotopic ISH methods has become common because they are now as sensitive autoradiography but do not have the disadvantages isotopic methods, such long assay time requirement special laboratory facilities (Musiani et al., 1994).
