摘要: Abstract The use of colchicine-specific Fab fragments is interest in human poisoning. In the present study, we show efficacy reversing colchicine toxicity mice. High affinity antibodies (Ka = 2 × 1010 M−1) against were raised goats; purified by DEAE chromatography after papain hydrolysis IgG. Mice intoxicated with a 100% lethal dose (3.8 mg/kg).
