摘要: The intrathecal route of administration should no longer be thought as an exotic way treating diseases the nervous system. With current implantable technology, access to lumbar subarachnoid space is clinically acceptable and carries a low risk infection. Moreover, pharmacokinetics drugs delivered intrathecally can predictable with any other administration.
