摘要: We report on the R-T measurement of carbon nanotube bundles from room temperature down to 1K. The resistance at a particular depends diameter bundle. larger bundle is, lower value resistance. increases with decrease in as case carbon, glass thermometer, and nanotubes reported literature. rate variation which can be explored for low thermometry. Overall, sensitivity depend monitored easily.
