摘要: We report a simple, robust cavity ring-down spectroscopy system to reliably measure trace moisture in gases at parts-per-trillion (ppt) levels. The performance of the was evaluated on basis experiments performed manner traceable International System Units. obtained result good agreement with primary trace-moisture standard 12 nmol/mol (12 ppb) N2 amount-of-substance fraction. Measurement capability residual high-purity dry ∼130 pmol/mol (130 ppt) demonstrated, and background noise 5.3 × 10−12 cm−1 attained, corresponding minimum detectable H2O 5 (5 ppt).
