摘要: Abstract A total of 38 hazardous constituents in mainstream cigarette smoke low-yield cigarettes sold Korea were selected and analyzed using established methods. Risk calculations performed risk algorithms employed previous studies Korean population-based exposure parameters. The median cumulative incremental lifetime cancer male smokers could vary from 828 × 10−6 to 2510 × 10−6, that female range 440 × 10−6 1300 × 10−6, depending on the smoking regimens. hazard index as sum quotients varied 367 1,225, 289 970, sensitivity analysis for this assessment indicated constituent yields smoke, average number smoked per day or year, mouth-spill rate are main factors. Statistical positive correlations between daily dose calculated by algorithm used study individual biomarkers verified reliability assessment. It be concluded inhalation present has significant non-cancer health risks, although its effect reduction is still unknown under fixed machine-smoking conditions.
