摘要: A compact double-layer Bowtie antenna optimized for medical diagnosis is presented in this paper. This on-body matched to the human body allow more energy be radiated into obtain stronger reflections image processing. By using a with double layers as well folded structure and meandered microstrip lines at bottom of antenna, small size 30 × mm2 reduction 40% achieved, compared reference 50 within same operational frequency range. After optimization parameters, characterized from 0.5 2 GHz, where low frequencies enable high penetration large range contributes bandwidth hence fine resolution. The simulated measured results are shown respect impedance matching, near-field pattern, gain SAR distributions. With features such very size, frequency, front-to-back ratio, design shows potential use stroke, breast cancer water accumulation detection body.
