摘要: Medulloblastoma is the most common malignant brain tumor in children. In addition to sporadic cases, medulloblastoma may occur association with cancer predisposition syndromes. This review aims provide a complete description of inherited syndromes associated medulloblastoma. We examine their epidemiological, clinical, genetic, and diagnostic features therapeutic approaches, including correlation Furthermore, according recent molecular advances, we describe between various subgroups each syndrome. Knowledge aforementioned conditions can guide pediatric oncologists performing adequate surveillance. will allow clinicians promptly diagnose treat syndromic children, forming team all specialists necessary for correct management other manifestations/symptoms related
