摘要: This article examines the development of civil society in Russia. We argue that cultural and societal norms, which developed during Soviet period, have continued to shape arrangements post-Soviet period. examine how parallel recent changes Russia’s economic, political legal environment, shifts contemporary occurred. that, similar a Russian-style democracy market economy, are clearly emerging. These explained by cultural–historic legacies both Union subsequent peculiarities social transformations since collapse Union. In this Russian variant society, its agents continue maintain strong dependent relationships on state.
