摘要: This thesis begins by examining the concepts of civil society and social capital. Specifically, it outlines role health education third sector organisations (TSOs) in building generating capital which is conducive to democratisation. Following this, presents literature on development context Russian Federation, highlighting a void our understanding TSOs this context. The review examines cultural-historic antecedents their impact development. These result three constraints limit ability establish as an autonomous space.
