摘要: 3,4-Dihydroxyphenylalanine, dopamine, epinephrine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylglycol, and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid as well norepinephrine were measured in dog lumbar sympathetic ganglia. The responses of these compounds to several classes stimuli investigated using an isolated time-resolved superfusion system. Nonselective (i.e., amphetamine high K+) receptor-mediated selective (oxotremorine) used evoke releases. overflows all by HPLC with electrochemical detection. efficiency each stimulus was estimated normalizing the amount evoked release total neurotransmitter pool when applied; i.e., fractional calculated. Overflows except 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine enhanced a 10-min 100 microM stimulus, catecholamine pools (dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine) affected same degree. By contrast, dopamine more readily releasable than 80 mM K+ releases Ca2+ dependent. Epinephrine released preference 1 oxotremorine stimulus. data suggest existence at least three types neurons ganglia are consistent previous histological observations.
