摘要: • We analyzed the effectiveness of an intervention program involving a clinical pharmacist and nurse clinician in improving drug documentation medical records, patient compliance, disease control. Medical records prescription files were reviewed for patients rheumatology renal clinic. Compliance was estimated by examining refill patterns. Reviews performed before (control group), nine months after (study group 1), four years our began 2).
