摘要: • We analyzed the effectiveness of an intervention program involving a clinical pharmacist and nurse clinician in improving drug documentation medical records, patient compliance, disease control. Medical records prescription files were reviewed for patients rheumatology renal clinic. Compliance was estimated by examining refill patterns. Reviews performed before (control group), nine months after (study group 1), four years our began 2). A six-month retrospective analysis at each review point demonstrated significant improvement documentation, control—BP— both study groups. correlation found between compliance (refill patterns) BP control—correlation coefficient Φ control group,.67 1, and.89 2.
