摘要: Abstract Jim March's framework of exploration and exploitation has drawn substantial interest from scholars studying phenomena such as organizational learning, knowledge management, innovation, design, strategic alliances. This become an essential lens for interpreting various behaviors outcomes within across organizations. Despite its straightforwardness, this generated debates concerning the definition exploitation, their measurement, antecedents, consequences. We critically review growing literature on discuss perspectives, raise conceptual empirical concerns, underscore challenges further development literature, provide directions future research.
