This requires data on disposition toxicological liabilities developing fetus mother. In most cases this information not available. We review reproductive toxicology of main classes or under development. Preclinical are presented if appropriate, but as human experience overrides such data, instances which preclinical studies do correlate with reviewed only briefly.
