摘要: Abstract Testfilter systems help in the study of persistence organic compounds. Hence, they are remedial measures to control pollution environment. The filters used as biological fixed-bed reactors should enable simulation degradation compounds before reach waterworks. German chemical industry has based on activated carbon for more than 20 years order determine microbial poorly degradable fraction dissolved sewage effluents. testfilter proved work well basis group and ‘sum’ parameters. new challenge was investigate whether concept holds also a diversification drinking water relevant non-relevant single Therefore, first task develop analytical methods classes very complex matrix waste water. Thereafter, these were applied detection selected their occurrence receiving waters. Methods analysis developed following compounds: aliphatic amines, aromatic sulfonates, halogenated carboxylic acids phosphates. Furthermore formation yet unknown studied. As result it concluded that major reasons are: (1) by-products during various steps synthesis; (2) reactions influents treatment plants; (3) metabolism plant. Experiments with like 6-[methyl(phenylsulfonyl)amino]hexanoic acid (HPS) nitrilotriacetic (NTA) which known from literature be degradable, confirmed testfilters can utilized simulating performance underground passage. On other hand, persistent compounds, 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate is characteristic representative, remained filter system without being degraded. far concerned retains its adsorption capacity certain extent even after long time operation. Because not possible distinguish between adsorption, necessary modified set-up testing substances. ©
