摘要: Congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA) is a rare defect combining atrioventricular discordance with ventriculoarterial discordance. The atria are connected to opposite ventricle (left atrium right via tricuspid valve) and ventricles incorrect artery (right aorta). Thus oxygenated blood circulated systemically by morphologic (RV) deoxygenated returns be pumped out left (LV) lungs (Figure 1). therefore “corrected” because physiologic flow through body. For purposes this review, univentricular hearts, those common (AV) valves aortic atresia will not discussed.
