摘要: Measuring room occupancy has always been a desirable endeavour. This could be for security reasons, to save energy or simply statistical reasons. Recently the use of thermal imaging systems in this area increased as these became cheaper and therefore more attractive. paper investigates measurement using low resolution (16×16 pixel) infrared camera. After giving short overview application areas, chosen people detection algorithm is outlined. includes introduction novel method blob classification, morphological adjustment.
