摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect two body positions (supine and semirecumbency) on dynamics gastroesophageal reflux (GER) in 15 patients requiring mechanical ventilation having a nasogastric tube place. Samples gastric contents, pharyngeal bronchial secretions, blood were obtained at baseline every hour during period 5 h after isotopic instillation 37 megabecquerels Tc99m.
