摘要: Abstract Plasma processing, a single step method for production of large area composite films, is employed to deposit plasma polymerized aniline-Titanium dioxide (PPani-TiO 2 ) nanocomposite thin films. The deposition PPani-TiO films are made using reactive magnetron sputtering and polymerization combined process. This study focuses on the direct comparison between continuous pulsed dc techniques titanium in combination with rf aniline. deposited characterized discussed terms structural, morphological optical properties. A self powered hybrid photodetector has been developed by based proposed provides new route where self-assembly molecules, that is, spontaneous association atomic or molecular building blocks under environment, emerge as successful strategy form well-defined structural units nanometer dimensions.
