摘要: Five strains each of Gibberella fujikuroi and Fusarium monoliforme were screened to select G. P-3, a strain capable giving consistent production gibberellic acid (GA(3)) by solid state fermentation (SSF). The comparative GA(3) SSF submerged (SmF) indicated better productivity with the former technique. accumulation was 1.626 times higher in case SSF. On basis available carbohydrates media, percent conversions 0.096 0.156 SmF SSF, respectively. use coarse wheat bran particle size 0.3-0.4 cm resulted an increase 2.5 yield GA(3). enrichment commercial soluble starch gave enhanced extent 3.5 times. relation between cell growth similar that encountered SmF. improved yields tune 1.22 g per kilogram dry moldy (DMB) establish potential feasibility for P-3. preliminary cost analysis, net savings about 60% 50% on medium expenditure down-stream processing, respectively, as compared presently employed technique evident.
