摘要: PURPOSE: To determine if the addition of three-dimensional (3D) proton magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopic imaging to endorectal MR helps diagnose extracapsular extension (ECE) prostate cancer. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Endorectal and 3D were performed in 53 patients with cancer before radical prostatectomy. studies evaluated by two independent readers unaware histopathologic findings.
