摘要: Seeds of Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv Seminole in late maturation phase germinated precociously vitro. Germination occurred the absence free water after 5 days but within 24 to 48 hours contact with water. Excised axes 12 and embryos by only if supplied Ethylene accelerated germination seeds irrespective availability. There was no effect ethylene on rate axis germination. equally effective range 0.5 1000 parts per million 1 hour exposure fully effective. Induction precocious vivo observed manipulating content inside pods or injection, whether were attached parent plant not. These results demonstrate importance endogenous regulation supply suppressing is identified as a powerful antagonist natural control.
