摘要: Embryos taken from late maturation phase seeds of Phaseolus vulgaris cv. Seminole prior to seed desiccation (35–45 DAA) can be induced germinate in the absence water by exogenous ethylene. NMR imaging proton relaxation within embryo shows changes status putative (and not fully differentiated) vascular tissues hypocotyl 3 h ethylene administration. Difference revealed that change was progressive towards radicle tip and accompanied cotyledons. Water plumular leaves also affected. Increase diameter hypocotyl–radicle axis (as estimated pixel counts) detectable h. Longitudinal growth at 18 Visible germination under conditions used apparent after 20 Changes detected this technique are an indication activity (concentration) or motion molecules both. The data consistent with a mode action stimulating redistribution structures cotyledons via cotyledonary node allowing access sufficient support germination. This supports hypothesis vivo, quiescence developmental stage is maintained sequestration
